      So many perks, events, free swag, etc. Everyone at Luno is exceptionally kind and helpful. Your opinion is valued and asked for about everything. You learn something new every day.

      Pros

      Everyone got to know me and knew my name after a few days, which was great to feel apart of the company There is an incredible working culture, everyone seems to love their job and believe in the end goal and the values The team that runs the company is very inspirational You learn something new every single day Every day is exciting and different

      Cons

      Sometimes you don't know what role people play in the company as people change jobs within their divisions quite often or their title changes. Other than that, there aren't any cons - that isn't even a bad one!
