Pros

- Amazing culture, people really care - Mental health and well-being is very important - Work from home or the office, it's your choice - WFH setup allowance - Medical contribution - Cooked lunch at the office - Access to learning platforms and Headspace app

Cons

Recruitment response was very slow and all over the place, but I honestly have not experienced any cons since I've joined.

Successfully implementing remote and reachable working environment. - Clear communication and intent on the direction of where the company is going - Great company culture where everyone helps each other, very supportive - Great career growth journey - Work to wage ratio is fair, they actually do see their employees as humans and not robots - Proper training given - Great benefits

- Late shifts (albeit it isn't as bad as you would think)
