Pros

Great start for rookies. Get a lot of experience and knowledge fast!! Very exiting at first but long hours take their toll on motivation.

Cons

Pay is well below national average. Not gonna advance quickly!! Company culture is to work the employee to the ground and then replace them with another lower pay employee.

Good colleague, good management, use the same system in the Lufthansa group, free ticket just for Lufthansa flight and good environment

Cons

Try to cut all privileges that supposed to get , low salary , free tickets just fly LH no other Airlines agreement for staff

A lot of time off, good benefits, good flight benefits (but too costly when flying directly on Lufthansa)

Cons

Poor management, favoring people they like, even if someone not very bright, didn't recognize your hard work and dedication, no chance to grow unless you're one of "liked" people
