Nice ID tickets package and possibility to see the world, numerous high quality courses, friendly atmosphere and great colleagues, flexible working schedule

Cons

Very low salaries which were remarkably lower than market average/no will from top management to overview payment/no bonuses related to portfolio performance/ quite tough sales visits targets

start up company and convenient for people living in the south.

Cons

Office politics. Though this is a start up company, employees and people in the ops do not have the liberty to be innovative and implement projects. Office politics is strong specially in HR.
