The atmosphere is very stressful. They give you so much work to do and very often you have to do over hours to finish your work. Honestly, it very much depends in which team you will end up. Some few teams are happier, because they have a nice team leader and peers. If you end up in a team where you are not happy with, it is very hard to change it (you have to work there at least 1 and a half or 2 years so they let you change your team). The salary is low compared to the expectations. The place is not very multicultural, so if you are a foreigner, you most likely end up working only with Polish colleagues, and if you don't speak Polish or they are not very much willing to communicate with you in German, you will be very isolated. There are many technical issues with the computers. My computer stopped working and it took 3 months for the computer to be changed, and within this time I had to look for an empty place in other teams to work and it was very inconvenient. If you have any complaints, nobody will really care.
