The ability to have unlimited cash flow to buy anything they might think that they need at any given week what do they needed or not.

Cons

Inability to recognize the United States and its FAA and regulations only wanting to do business as they do it over in Europe and the way they do it over in Europe without FAA regulations.

Great start for rookies. Get a lot of experience and knowledge fast!! Very exiting at first but long hours take their toll on motivation.

Cons

Pay is well below national average. Not gonna advance quickly!! Company culture is to work the employee to the ground and then replace them with another lower pay employee.
