Terrible management
Pros
Facilities are nice and modern, plus working schedules are flexible. You get some travel benefits - stand-by Lufthansa / Star Alliance plane tickets at a really low cost.
Cons
Most people there are recommended. Even the leaders have zero knowledge on how to be leaders, yet they got their positions just because they’re relatives or friends with someone “important”, and that mechanism goes on and on. They benefit only their friends and family, who will then benefit their friends and family. You can be a total inept and uneducated person, but if you’re close to someone with power, you will be successful. They take the “referral program” too far, I never thought such a big and prestigious company could actually be so bad internally. It’s really disappointing.
