Pros

The pay is good, and you learn a lot about a huge variety of skills, techniques, and products. It has taught me a lot about sales on the sales-floor level, and dealing with great amounts of stress and multi-tasking on many different levels. I think it is a great place to learn if you want to be in sales as a career.

Cons

Lack of communication throughout the store, too many managers and not enough leaders, lack of leadership, lack of follow up, blatant incompetence of HR and senior management.
