Pros
Amazing pay for retail. good discount on special order. you are also always going to have 40 hours and they do not get cut to make budget like some other retailers. a mandatory hour lunch is good but make sure that you stay on HR's good side. they will check cameras to follow your breaks, check punches in the time clock and document everything. they also have a habit of saving anything you do wrong and bringing it up as a discipline issue when you get on their bad side. but just don't steal time and always be to work when you're supposed to be and you'll be fine.
