Cons

Very low pay for the amount of risk taken. Poorly maintained vehicles and buildings.

Work at your pace because everyone makes the same amout.

Cons

Leads are all partial to playing favorites when it comes to giving out work. All their friends work there so they get all the attention. There are attitude issues with a lot of the employees. There is unacceptable behavior all day.
