Good work-life balance with a 4 day work week in processing. Straight forward job requirements. Management holds an ope door policy.

Cons

Need a bigger building to maintain the amount of work being brought in.

High stakes, dangerous job with no work/life balance

- Criminal incident was never resolved by management or police, despite our immediate reports - Very dangerous work with all kinds of hazards - Work long hours (10-13 hour shifts) either driving or hopping with no breaks - Your time off requests go completely ignored - You will be required to arrive at work very early in the morning with all your gear, ready to go, and then you will be put on standby. There's no way to know if or when that will happen, but it happens frequently. - Complete lack of communication at all levels. Most companies use MS Teams, Slack, or some kind of group messaging app. Loomis relies on separate text messages to individual people. - BYOD. You are required to use your own smartphone for GPS and you will use data like there's no tomorrow. - Additionally you will need to buy your own charging devices and hands-free items as those are not provided. - Working in extreme weather conditions
