Pros
Yes it can be tough and at times really test you but that’s the fun in it. Pushing yourself to new limits. Lots of overtime, some really good people, good competitive spirits between some coworkers making it fun to beat the other back and vice versa. I’ve enjoyed learning about the policies and procedures and the problem solving that comes with the job. Once you get your feet wet take the dive and push yourself to learn new things about the job!
Cons
Pay could be a bit higher for what the job entails. Some coworkers are lazy and choose to do the wrong thing which creates further strain on others without them dealing with the repercussions which in turn can lower morale as a whole. It’s sets a negative tone for others and many are left saying “if so and so can do it why can’t I?” Although it is frustrating a strong mindset and setting eyes on a goal keep you focused.
