Great people, lots of positive attitudes

Good benefits, LOTS of problems!

Pros

-Starting pay is higher than many other entry level positions. -Shifts are long, so there is lots of opportunity for hours if you’re looking to make money. -The benefits are good. -The company is big, so you can transfer to another office if you move.

Cons

-The official rules are contradictory to the standard operating procedures, so you can get written up or even fired for doing things everyone does. -Not a lot of training is given, so you have to figure a lot of things out on your own. In the words of another new coworker; “They don’t tell you anything, they just let you do things and then get you in trouble for it later.” People were frequently irritated with me and other new hires for not doing things we didn’t know we were supposed to be doing. -Weekly schedules are not put out very far in advance, so it is difficult to plan the rest of your life. -Breaks are not given for drivers and service techs. The company says they give them, but I have never actually seen anyone taking an actual break. One coworker had been there for several years and told me; “They don’t really let us take breaks.” -Shifts are often long. 14 hours is the norm, which is good for OT but difficult for many other reasons. -Managers are sometimes decent, but at other times rude and condescending

We really appreciate this feedback. Our human resources teams have been working to increase training across the entire company. Your feedback will be helpful for our team to determine where improvements can be made. Making sure our drivers take their appropriate breaks is mandatory and will be addressed with our Human Resources and safety teams. Your review will also be forwarded to the Tempe branch management and Human Resources team for further evaluation. Pros

make money and get out. overtime is there if needed.

Cons

will overwork you. incompetent/ childish leads. dont communicate effectively with each other or the employees. leads have no qualifications to make themselves a lead, other than their years of working there. if you excell at your job, you get to do everyone elses job. while the incompetents get to go home, youre forced to do OT. dont plan on having plans at a certain time after work becuase you will guaranteed never make it on time. work/ life balance is absent.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We’re working to create a better work and life balance for employees by continuing to build our workforce, thus lowing the amount of mandatory OT for employees. With this being said, we will share your thoughts with our Sacramento team to evaluate.
