If you desire a life outside of your job, this is definitely not the job for you. You're there until the work is done, so sometimes it may be a good day, but more often than not, you're there all day. Pretty much like a warehouse. Turnover is also pretty high. Does not treat the employees well. No real opportunity for advancement as most of the upper level employees have been there for years.
