They will send you to school to get proper security certifications in order

Cons

There is no over time after 40, its base pay. Managment is corrupt. The entire loomis handbook, rules, and policies can be summarized as "at managers discretion" low wages for excessive work. Corrupt managment, they encourage you to take out loans from them for work eauipment so they can deduct your pay check HEAVILY. Zero compasssion for human/family issues. Taking time off will get you a disciplinary action. ZERO room for advancment. You will frequently step outside your job description.

Pros

They pay for G and D licenses

Cons

Very disorganized place and lack of management. People don't last, you work a lot of hours, very long routes and don't wait to get pay for over time cause you won't. Going up the ladder? Don't even think about it. Don't believe anything they say in the interview, they will use you and abuse you. And the pay not good for the job you do. I won't recommend this place to my enemy.
