Pros

Decent compensation for the industry. Some real thought leaders. And a reasonable approach to benefits. Casual office environment. Good branch level operators.

Cons

Absolutely run by the accountants. Regardless of contribution, the CEO and Executive leadership would cut your throat if it dropped a nickel to the bottom line. Focused only on the next quarter with no real long term vision. They are one of the most profitable companies in their sector now, but have largely done it by slashing all support and crushing those who remain. Very short sighted leadership.

Pros

Work is fairly easy once you are trained and get the hang of it. Had good teamwork among coworkers. Decent benefits and yearly raises.

Cons

Chronically understaffed and this is coming from someone that's been there over 5 years. Because you're understaffed you end up working into overtime everyday and cannot leave until ALL the work is done, no matter how much. So give up having a family or social life if you work here.
