      Pros

      Good employee's, yep that's the only good thing.

      Cons

      Managers, pay, benefits, hours, have to work over 50 hours to get OT, go on vacation they are only to pay you forty hours.No where to go.

      Low expectations, if you show up for work and don't steal, fight with other employees, or upset customers you're in good shape.

      Cons

      Everything else is a challenge. There are no set policies. Favoritism runs rampant. Management isn't proactive. There is little to no communication. No training. No discussion of compensation or ways to add value. Pay is very low for the risk and level of training required.
