Solid, reliable and stable company. I worked as an operations manager in the US Northeast. Good workers and a stable economic region.

Cons

Higher management are cliquish, in it for their own personal gain and will never stand behind their employees. They are afraid, cultivate a culture of corruption and cower before the unions.

Pros

Job Security, they transferred me across the country even though they didn't have to. It was a huge help with a job in a new city. They worked to find a place for me. They do seem to hire a certain kind of person for ATM Techs/ Money Couriers. Good people

Cons

Upward mobility, no training, few raises.
