Just a terrible experience

Working closely with people you really like and care about.

Cons

MANAGEMENT. Terrible about explaining what they expect from you up front. Micro Managing to the fullest. Unexpected excessive overtime.(you are told "occasional" overtime' turns out much more than "occasional Don't care about you family or home life. Expected to stay until everything has been balanced no matter how late; and even if it is by the time you're SUPPOSED to get off you're still guilt tripped into staying even later. If you're having a hard time financially and it comes time for you to have a gun and you tell them you can't afford it; it doesn't matter they'll fire you anyway. Huge turn over rate due to such ridiculous strict rules.

Pros

Room for promotions. After just two years if working while I was finishing my degree I got the opportunity to advance within the company at decent pay.

Cons

It's a slave labor type environment where the employer cares very little about the employee. This is reflected in pay as well for the average hourly employee.
