      Pros

      Low expectations, if you show up for work and don't steal, fight with other employees, or upset customers you're in good shape.

      Cons

      Everything else is a challenge. There are no set policies. Favoritism runs rampant. Management isn't proactive. There is little to no communication. No training. No discussion of compensation or ways to add value. Pay is very low for the risk and level of training required.

      Pros

      The best in the business and growing aggressively. Lots of opportunity if you are willing to put in the work.

      Cons

      Can be long hours, but overall not too bad. Hourly positions are not paid enough for what they do, but this is an industry issue, not just Loomis. Training has suffered due to recent growth and the employees and customers ultimately pay the price.

      a lot of overtime , not a lot to say positive about loomis

      Cons

      work employees to death ,no life balance ,management does not follow procedures or policies ,no room for advancement ,pay is terrible, morale is terrible, only way to make it better for work environment is for the employees to get a union, have people in the right positions not by default , also the company does not follow there own policies or keep the same rules for there employees , employees not treated fair or all the same ,very bios
