      Pros

      The company has many benefits including vacation paid, sick days, holidays and so on.

      Cons

      The line of work is very demanding and the hours can be from 8 to 11 hours everyday. In other words, you know when you start but you don't know when you are leaving. It is mandatory for you to stay till the work is done.

      Pros

      They are conveniently located off the Beltway and to restaurants and shopping centers if you need to do that during lunch.

      Cons

      Right now I can not think of any. They over work you and under pay you.
