Pros

POTC paid for by company Ability to learn skills such as atm replenishment

Cons

They won't pay UI when they are required to including illegal separations. Overworked, you're bound to work 60-70 hour weeks no problem. Dog eat dog environment with worker hostility prevalent. No gun when you're an driver. Management never listens. Vehicles are junk and are rarely repaired, even after multiple VCR's are completed and submitted.

Pros

Decent location in the Houston and you will get some exposure to financial services. Also there is potential to move up the corporate latter due to their high turnover.

Cons

High turnover, mediocre benefits and a backstabbing culture of distrust that will plague your psyche eventually. Many of the management moved up through the company have not worked elsewhere and do not have management experience or the perspective of how to do things right (or different).

Pros

I can't think of a single one. Oh wait there's one they pay for your DPSST certification.

Cons

Low wages, no respect, long hours, no praise at all. They never remember the 1000 times you said yes they only remember the one time you say no. Horrible training lacking in so many areas. No support from management at all. They come in after you and leave before you, then complain about how much they work. The common saying is "Not my problem" if you ask someone for something. They have been investigated by BOLI numerous times for unlawful hiring and firing practices. Not to mention the President and Vice President of HR flew in from corporate a few years ago because they were getting so many complaints about the Portland branch. They conducted an anonymous non management survey, and the results were not at all surprising. It was bad! They screw over valuable employees to keep them where they need them instead of letting them get what few promotions they do have to offer. You never hear anything from them about the job you're doing unless you are doing it wrong or going way way outside of your job duties to cover their butt on something. They pit the departments against each other, so no one wants to work together they just blame each other for everything. IThey are losing long term employees everyday and they don't care, they can hire people who weren't grandfathered into the good pay scale and pay them half as much to risk their lives everyday. People are dying for $11 an hour, that's just not enough money to risk your life everyday.
