Pros

Company has a lot of support for employees that would like to move to other parts of the country due to its large foot print. Company pays for all training and even assists in obtaining duty weapon and protective vests to be used on the job.

Cons

Benefits are the worst in the industry. Employees are over worked and underpaid. In the last 30 days over ten people have quit due to the work environment.

Great co-workers, good uniforms, decent 401K

Cons

Outdated and worn out equipment. Poor equipment maintenance, inexplicable delays in funding vehicle repairs, poor management communications, zero leadership, appearance standards of men and equipment loose to non-existent, absenteeism and tardiness are tolerated beyond reason. The attitude of employees toward the company and the clients is near disgusting as evidenced by the repeated failures to fulfill commitments to clients and employees.
