Pros
If you like working lots of hours and never knowing when you will get off work then this might be the place for you. Pay starts at about 12.50 her hour and tops out around 18.50. But, it will take a decade ( 10 years ) of your life to get to the top wage. They offer health insurance but raise the cost every year. Mine is going up $380 a year for the 2015 year and this is for insurance with NO CO-PAYMENT. First $2500 is out of pocket !!!
Cons
Most routes have a different start time every day and don't end until the work is done. If you have a family don't plan on having dinner with them at 6pm or being able to go to your kids after school events or being involved with their weekend sports . 10-14 hour shift are the norm and you will work weekends for years. The company increased the cost of Health Insurance every year which negates the .30 to .45 cent per hour annual raise you get. There are little to no opportunities to move up. Example...the ATM trainer earns just .25 cents an hour for training new employees on ATM Service.
