      Pros

      You are guaranteed to get overtime which will help your paycheck. The trucks are also kept clean and generally look better than the competitions trucks.

      Cons

      Supervisors and leads don't truly know how to run a business. They have done the job but there is constant confusion about almost everything to do with the routes. Because of the overtime there is almost no chance for a life outside of work and the schedule is liable to change throughout the week.
