Plenty of hours, avg 50+ hrs a week

Cons

No OT, management could care less about employees, very high turnover rate, Morale is extremely low , it's like working with a bunch of zombies.

Great leadership at the top. Was an awesome place, before the company went public.

Cons

Fellow middle management is an incompetent bunch and is an unreliable resource for support. Constantly understaffed and overworked because turnover rates are ridiculously high. Starting pay ranges from $22,000-$27,000 ($11-13) depending on position. Pay raises are about 1-2% yearly. Lots of dead-end positions, unless you're willing to relocate. Double standard for time off for managers and employees.

Loomis provides a steady paycheck. The work is varied so it doesn;t get boring.

Cons

agree wholehearted about the lack of support from any management at Loomis. ost of these people have no mgmt. training and where they recruit their managers from is a source of amazement to me!
