They will almost definitely hire you if you have no criminal background and can pass the physical and drug exam. there is overtime (as much as you desire).

Cons

The pay is very low for a dangerous job, simultaneously it gets very mundane. Also though I can tell local management does what it can fix the problems, they are not empowered by corporate to do things necessary because it would cut into the bottom line.
