1. When I was there, all the routes got longer and longer each week. Many times we had techs leave because they would collapse two routes on to their already heavy and busy routes.
2. The fleet needed a SERIOUS overhaul, judging by the recent reviews it seems to have gotten worse. Many trucks had ROACHES in them, and had their Am Fm radios yanked....good luck staying awake while driving three hours to your first stop at 6am.
Hope it is not raining, every truck in the fleet leaked.
Many a time I have had passenger doors fly open on me driving or riding down the highway, or from hitting a bump in the road too hard.
3. Needed better tools to do your job. It sucks trying to move 4 or 5 hand trucks of product with a broken or non rated hand truck. (HOPE YOU HAVE A STRONG BACK, LEGS AND KNEES)
4. Management....The branch I worked in had management that had never left the safety of the office, new how to service a stop or load an atm, and probably have never been in dangerous locations. Yet these people tell you how to do your job. (Do not put faith in them unless you know them personally)
5. After you do a short route (8 hours) many times you will be expected to run another route right after.
After working here I left with a wrecked body, many missed family events and outings, depression and a black mark on my soul.
If you want to work here, CAFFEINE and NICOTINE will be your best friends.
