Pros

The only thing I liked about this job was that you can listen to your headphones while you work.

Cons

Constantly threatening you about getting a write up or losing your job if: -You're late 1 minute over break or lunch -Talk to anybody on the work floor -make any mistake whatsoever -meet the mandatory quotas They will make you work 40 hours a week and keep you as part time so that they don't give you things like paid days off or full shifts. In addition if you dont work like a slave for then they will watch you on the camera all day to find any little reason to write you up and fire you. I busted my butt to avoid this but I found out they had a whole list of things against this one girl they didn't like and they weren't going to say anything until they hired someone else to fire her. TRUST ME everyone who works for loomis as a CMS Teller hates it and wants to quit. In fact last year EVERY SINGLE teller left or was fired with the exception of 2. If you're desperate, take this job get your cash handing experience and run. If you have other job offers take em. You basically work for a factory here. And if you're a girl don't let the managers talk to you about anything other than work. The managers at the Montebello branch are pervs.

Pros

The benefits aren't bad, and you will always have hours if you want them, some branches also give a membership at a local gun range

Cons

Little to no work/life balance, favoritism runs rampant, management/supervisors married to subordinates and claim they're grandfathered in somehow, and magically half of their route is placed on someone they don't like's day, the moment you think your day is done after 10+ hours, the phone rings and you have more stops.
