Cons

Cms ( which is cash and coin Depts) is ran by uneducated management. Alot of favoritism, they hire people that they refer themselves to HR.

Horrible

Pros

It is a steady paycheck and normally is only Monday through Friday. They loan you the money to buy a bullet resistant vest and gun.

Cons

The hours are long and you never know when you will get off of work. Most trucks don't have working air conditioning. Very high turnover. The management likes people to develop a sense of paranoia. The mechanic is GREAT but the age and quality of the trucks make it an uphill battle. Plus he ends up driving routes alot. Pay is miniscule compared to other companies. Overtime starts at 50 hours.
