Pros

The people are all really hard workers. The hours are good.....Monday through Friday, no weekends.

Cons

The pay is beyond pitiful. They don't take experience into consideration. And in CMS you never get your 40 hours so that makes the pay even worse. At the branch I work at, you are not allowed to talk while working. If you are caught having a conversation you are actually shish'd. The Supervisor assigns every task so you can never show initiative to just do something. It is more of an elementary school environment rather than that of a workplace. Breaks are all taken together, as well as lunch. The whole place is pretty bazaar.

Cash Management segment of business: New facility. New equipment. Leaders work as hard as any employee.

Cons

High turnover. Fluctuating workforce as a consequence of major customers acquired or lost. Few opportunities for meaningful career development or advancement.

Long hours,no appreciation for hard working employees,starting payour rate isn't great. Like that old saying goes overworked underpaid not appreciated for all the hard work you do
