Was a fairly laid back atmosphere

Cons

Nothing gets fixed Exhaust fan broken, so everyone had to breathe in harsh chemicals from the trucks. Walls covered in black that couldn't be cleaned off. Could be from air pollution. Everything was dirty. Lied to by HR that I had health insurance on day 1. Total incompetence. Someone else's address was put on my new hire paperwork, which caused a lot of problems. Strong feeling that the company doesn't care about you. Very low morale. No windows, fresh air, or sunlight. Very small break room with space heater. No plasticware or paper dishes. No 15 minute breaks. Only one 30 minute break daily. No training program. Had to work close to employee who regularly said racist, violent, and horrible things.
