No work life balance Communication from management and in between management is nonexistent Some workers are allowed to slack and do not even the bare minimum while other are expected to work harder to pick up the slack of those employees Pay is not even closer to what your job is and what they expect from you the only thing that make it worth is it the overtime that is mandatory almost 70 hours a week
