Wonderful team, not given the credit they deserve. Good pay.

Minimal training yet immediately and unreasonably high expectations. My complaints and requests for further training are being overlooked.

Simple tasks. Minimal customer service.

Cons

The time to come in is not really predictable because you have to check your schedule the day before you come in because it literally changes on a daily basis. The time you come back is even more unpredictable because your routes are based on customer demand of money floats. Some days will be 8-4, others will be 7:45-8:45. It's basically an educated guess when your shift is done.

Cons

A lot of cursing from colleagues. Sexual comments and racism. Promised a full time position , but they send you home if you finish early. Told me to sit in a corner and don’t talk, while everyone else is making jokes and talking. I made one mistake, others made more but never got a write up or verbal warning.
