Pros

Branch manager/ops managers do the best they can with the sometimes unrealistic dictates from corporate. Pay is good if you don't mind living there.

Cons

Micromanagement from corporate over every facet of your job, and little time for much else outside of work. Company acquires new customer accounts with no plan on how to accommodate them with current staff levels.

Weekends and holidays off. Good for people that like to be in their own head

Cons

Dirty. Your nose will run if you do not wear a mask. The people that are left in charge are often not well trained and not capable. The CMS manager needs a team leading class ASAP.
