Pros

Not much, but some good: Guard card, carry permit, learning routes, meeting coworkers, and helping ones who are new to the game. Makes you feel proud to be at work.

Cons

Harassment to the 100th power. If management has a problem with you, they hold a grudge. Even after a few months to a few years they will still bring up an issue, when a NEW issue arrises. Threats of demotion, and constant belittling is something you dont need when you have to work 10-12 hours a day. Plus if on route and a customer or cash vault takes more time than normal, its OUT of your control, you still get chastised for it. It's not worth your mental health and safety being involved in this company. Then they wonder why they loose groups of employees on a regular basis.
