Pros

Sometimes they bring in pizza. They used to be a great place to work.

Cons

No work-life balance, no investment in employees, not paid enough for the stress. It used to be a great job, but unfortunately it's a job that needs a great team and the leadership is awful. You're berated, belittled, worked to exhaustion. If you work hard and fast, you're rewarded with someone else's work. They say there is room for advancement, they don't tell you it takes 5-6 years for one advancement.

We’re disappointed to read that your experience with our Jackson branch went sour over time. We are working on initiatives to improve several points you touched on here. More frequent and enhanced training for all employees as well as implementing incentives to improve employee retention are both in the works.
