      Good Entry into Security Profession

      Pros

      Good entry into security profession if it's something you're interested in. Get to drive(could be a con if you don't like driving) armored trucks Pay is hourly, so if traffic is bad or there is some sort of delay, you're making more money

      Cons

      Not much upward movement Lot's of employees willing to stab you in the back for recognition Lots of employees who take the job more seriously than they should. You're not cops. Employer didn't really show that they cared too much about your own welfare.

      Friendly staff Monday to Friday work

      When over time is needed it is a compulsory 1 hour a day no questions asked Management haven't got a clue with what's going on and dont communicate with one another. Supervisors paid more then the supervisor below then do absolutely nothing. The only follow the rules when suits.
