On site car park. Toilet. Company issue bullet proof vest.

Cons

Pressure to complete unrealistic routes. Uncaring management, spreadsheet accountants rather than proper managers. Try to command respect by disciplinary action for any minor technicality rather than earn it. Fear over respect.
