- Culture (may change over time) - Brilliant co-workers - full remote - Good salary

Cons

- layoffs - C-level decisions - super disorganized - faulty documentation - interaction between teams is mandatory (multiple projects need help from multiple teams) but not always easy - a bit bureaucratic (regarding software engineering)
