-Associates are valued, trusted, and invested in heavily -Endless talent development and learning opportunities -Flat organization and private ownership allow for people-centered decision-making all across the board. Doesn’t feel bureaucratic and managers are very flexible to accommodate life outside of work. -Very social and fun atmosphere, lots of company parties, coworkers are friends, wide range of young and old alike working together and a widespread willingness to teach and help one another -Driven, high-achieving people and high standards for work. -Growing company with endless opportunity.

Cons

- Tedious tasks and a LOT of gray area inherent to insurance. I love the company itself, my cons are all just related to personal fit with insurance. -Drinking from a firehose - there’s so much to learn and you’ll never know it all. - The trade-off of independence is reinventing the wheel. -Busy seasons. -Delivering bad news.
