Work can be somewhat flexible in terms of how you go about your work.

Cons

Little to no training, poor resources, tons of broken processes, poor quality control, terrible communication, always understaffed, unimpressive pay, poor culture, low morale, expectations often poorly defined and often unrealistic when clearly defined, the available resources for career growth are unhelpful and do nothing to foster any actual growth.
