      Pros

      Company overall is a good company to work for, decent pay but not the best considering you work your butt off. benefits are great with the discounts and employer contribution, hybrid schedule. leave you alone to work. bar at job for release(its needed, rolex at 10 years, overall people are very nice. events and social gatherings very often

      Cons

      they tell you its 37.5 hours in this position but it ends u being at least 45-55 hours a week due to how busy you will be. Management in this ASU unit is crap! favoritism, racially blind, ageism occurs, so unless you are fresh out of college or in early 20s and not a minority don't waste your time for this position, its entry level to start and should promote within year and half if the manager likes you, but if not, you are screwed and have to deal with negativity.

      People are great but workload is not

      Pros

      Amazing team members who truly care for your overall well-being. Fun and collaborative environment that offers a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      The workload is extensive and there's a lack of support roles to help with account management. The expectations of account teams continue to increase without the proper support to follow it up.
