Team environment in the beginning was exceptional, events were fun, didn’t feel like a number to the c-suite executives

Cons

Management shifts caused several people to leave, always felt like my growth wasn’t being supported properly by certain managers, dealing with producers

Very focused on work/life balance, the management is invested in what their employees are working on. Good company to begin working in corporate or Human Resources.

Cons

The one thing that is a con is being thrown into a task you are not familiar with or comfortable doing.
