No structure - hunting too many new clients when you don't have the service team to support. Sink or swim office.

Staff are amazing Culture in office in general amazing across all business units Partner overseeing the North was fantastic and charismatic. Supported CII progression within the wider office

Management (only in London Market/ Wholesale) were not progressive, reactive when it comes to the market softening
