      Pros

      You work with very intelligent individuals on a daily basis, in a culture that puts its clients first. The culture is one that expects you to work hard, but play harder. They truly value their associates, and they continually contribute back to their community. Executive leadership is visionary and make smart business decisions to ensure the its success and continuity of its privately held nature.

      Cons

      While the pay may not quite be market in all cases, the intangibles of working there far outweigh the financial shortfalls.

      Great place, heavy work load.

      Pros

      A strong company, you have great compensation options and decent benefits. (Plus, a potential for a Rolex.)

      Cons

      The workload can be a bit heavy and the producers rule the roost. If you are in a support position, and if you aren't a producer you are, there will be times when you work very late or on weekends in a scramble to cover their last minute projects. Depending on the division, it can be hard to move up.
