      Company culture is beyond strong, and it's real. Associates genuinely care for each other and their clients. Flexibility. Associates work hard with a competitive mindset, push others within organization to work harder. Proud to be apart of this organization.

      Lots of hard work, if you're not prepared for that then it can be seen as a negative.
