Pros

They are willing to work with their employees on pretty much anything. The company is fun, flexible, social, and constantly improving.

Cons

Can be very clique oriented, the producers are the ones doing most of the selling, and busy seasons are very busy.

Pros

It is a great company to work for that genuinely cares about their employees. They have many employee appreciation type events. Beer Fridays and an awesome xmas party every year.

Cons

They have the capability to work remote/from home, but will not allow it. Don't have a great Vacation day vs years worked perk. Not a great maternity leave program.

Overworked and underpaid, they have their favorites so it may take you longer to get recognized or move up unless you are on a team that cares about you.
