      Uninteresting, unfair work/life balance.

      Pros

      Helpful coworkers. Beautiful front office. Very invested in the community and charity.

      Cons

      Extremely dull, repetitive work. Hours were the worst, 8am-5pm with an expectation to stay after if need be. Unfair work/life balance, get off late and come in early. Underpaid compared to industry standard. Dozens of tall dark cubicles made it feel very lonely and depressing.

      Lots of opportunity to grow and learn if you are willing to commit to the Lockton model. Given the high growth of the company, there is lots of opportunity to advance quickly.

      Workload can be challenging. Some producers can be over-powering.

      Great people to work with and for, relaxed work environment, culture at Lockton is great. Feel apart of a big family.

      Cons

      Benefits could be a little better. Pay is slightly below average. Job satisfactory depends on what unit you are apart of.
