Great people to work with. High level/intense work week. Always learning. Overall great company to work for, but with room for improvement.

Cons

Mamagement sometimes expects too much with little to no reward. Easy to get burnt out.

Pros

Strong culture. Great company and really takes care of employees. Benefits are great. 401k immediately vested. Also, company focuses on continued education and wants associates to develop. The firm also recruits top talent from other large consulting houses which enables them to compete in the marketplace coupled with strong culture and employee morale. Private company beats the public traded company.

Cons

Does not have formal onboarding like larger consulting houses, but it is the nature of consulting... Learn from experience and thrown into the fire
